Above is an example model of the drip flow for Ophir into Metagates and an estimate of the player mining efficiency. Because of the challenge/difficulty level of content, player conflict, and time restrictions brought on by players physically traversing the world, it is impossible to reach a 100% player mining rate. The Ophir dripped per day into the world is further broken down into zones, with each zone having its own challenge rating and distribution allotment. The Ophir that has not been mined by the player base within a 24-hour period is redeposited into the In-Game Gold supply wallet to be recalculated for the next cycle. In-game gold sinks like vendor tax, housing tax, and repair costs charged by the game environment will also in part be cycled back into the drip contract.
